I gave a glance to your gallery. If you want to pick a few for me to give some detailed reviews to, I will.

Otherwise, here are a few general tips: Don't use drawings and animated figures for your models. It's fine if you want to learn that style, but start with real life. Draw people, not drawings. That way you can bring an understanding of body mechanics to your animation style.

Mostly? Think of joints. Animated figures don't have the same proportions as real life figures. We deal with that. But you need to think in terms of skeletal structure.

Think of how the body works as a mechanism. How do the joints connect? How does the body rotate and so on. Those shouldn't change much from realistic to animated figures.

Anyway, I'll go through your gallery later in a bit. If I find anything serious I'll do some more detailed critiques. And like I said... anything in specific just give me a heads up.
